Pickup can be made at 3/92 Bell St Preston 3072, Melbourne.

Pickup times are between 8am-4pm. Though if these times do not suit we can arrange an appointment time.

Delivery can be arranged - please note there will be a fee depending on the postcode.

All items are easy to setup and can be setup by one or two people.

Upon booking you can arrange a pickup at anytime which suits.


Main pickup day is Friday between 8am - 4pm and main drop off day is Monday 8am - 4pm.

All we ask is that the equipment is returned in the same condition that it is hired.
On most cases, 1 day is the minimum hire. Though if you require less than this, please email bookings@thesetupco.com.au and we will see what we can arrange.

Yes our jumping castles are very easy to set up.

Please see our simple instrucitons below:

1. Roll the tarp out in the desired location.

2. Place rolled up castle on tarp.

3. Roll the castle out.

4. Open up castle and locate inlet tube.

5. Inlet tube is at the back of the castle - face castle correct way.

6. Strap the inlet tube onto the blower as tight as you can.

7. Plug in the blower and turn on.

8. Castle should inflate within a few minutes. If not please an outlet is open - find the velcro - open velcro - and zip close.

9. Put pegs into rings, hammer pegs into grass to hold it to the ground.

10. Leave blower on.

11. Go to blower and check that the inlet is not twisted and is nice and straight.

12. Make sure blower is not up against anything and has at least 60cm around the sides and back for airflow.

13. All done!! Bounce away!!

We have a few options:

1. Warehouse Pickup - this is a free service - items can be picked up from our Preston, Melbourne warehouse.

2. Drop Off and Collection - our team can come out, drop off, set up and pack down. This service is avaliable Monday to Friday. (All bookings are set as 2-3 days so we can drop off on Friday and pickup on Monday).

3. Same Day Pickup and Collection - our team can come out, drop off, set up and pack down on the day of the event.

Yes - someone will reach out in around 12-24 hours from making your booking.

Yes you can cancel your booking no later than 14 days before your event.

Unfortunately all holding deposits are non refundable.
